Crocheted Arm Warmer I (sneak peek)

Today, the Moon is in Aquarius so I thought it was an excellent time to reveal my current project – crochet arm warmers. They look very Aquarian to me. Actually, I’ve only completed one, I still have one more to go! Hope to have the pattern up on Ravelry soon! They are very easy to crochet.

The one in the photo is turquoise and brown. They will look awesome crocheted in bordeaux and black as well.

Still Knitting

Knitted with one of my favorite yarns: Berroco Vintage Chunky.

There are a few things I love about Fall and Winter and this is one of them.

I found this pattern published in a magazine, which I’ve lost. Either that or I threw it away.

However, I think  that the pattern is published free on the website http://www.homeecworkshop.com

I will search for the pattern on Ravelry and try to post the link on here soon.

Can’t Wait Till Spring!

Of all my projects, this one’s my fav. This delightful little pouch was extremely easy to knit. At this time in my life, I’m all about simple. I love knitting simple patterns with beautiful yarns.

LOOPS used to carry this yarn I used: #ThreeIrishGirls is some of the loveliest yarn, the colors are just amazing.

My next project isn’t so simple, but I just had to make one. I am in love with the leaves on this lovely crocheted necklace: http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/mehndi-necklace

Hope to have photos up soon!

My First Hat

I am knitting the adult version of this hat. Although the pom pom on top is really cute, I’m leaving it off. In the past, I’ve tried making pom poms and discovered, I’m no good at it.

Get Stitchin Tulsa OK

I found some self-striping yarn I really like at Get Stitchin’ in Tulsa. It is a cotton yarn so it won’t be as warm as the wool version and this is a good thing because the hat probably won’t be done until Spring or Summer anyways! It starts getting very humid here in Oklahoma as early as May and I cannot imagine wearing anything wool then.
